The Villa

This villa has been part of my life since I was a kid. It sits quietly on a hillside above the sea, surrounded by olive trees and views that still stop me in my tracks. It’s where I’ve spent most of my summers learning, building, cooking, and relaxing with family and now it’s where students stay during the program.

It’s not just a place to sleep; it’s where you’ll live, learn, and get to know Kaş. The villa has three rooms (two students per room), a pool, terrace, kitchen, and gardens that open toward the sea. It’s fully stocked with everything you’ll need food, snacks, and space to unwind.

We have a chef who cooks most meals, a cleaning lady who helps keep things fresh, and a maintenance man who makes sure everything runs right. You’ll always feel looked after, but this is also a shared space one where everyone contributes, respects the house, and treats it like home.

Days here have a natural rhythm. Breakfast on the terrace, language or culture lessons, then afternoons for swimming, workshops, or just resting. Evenings are for dinners together, hanging by the pool, and watching the sunset fade into stars. On weekends, we do a long Turkish brunch and leave the rest of the day open to relax or go explore town.

The pool is shared with the neighboring villa, and we keep a few simple house rules:

  • Please no loud noise down at night

  • Pool is open from sunrise to 11pm

This villa is meant for connection and reflection — a comfortable base between lessons, meals, and adventures in Kaş. It’s where everything starts and ends each day.Please no loud noise down at night

Kaș Peninsula

Location:

  • 3 miles from the city center

  • Easy to access with a local bus that come every half hour or by taxi

Getting to Kaș: The Villa is 1.5 hours from Dalaman and 3 hours from Antalya International. You can take a local bus company, taxi, or ask us about arranging a shuttle.
