What to pack and prepare for the climate

The weather in Kaş during summer is near perfectly warm, clear skies and almost never rain. Mid summer is very hot with cool evenings when there is a breeze from the sea. Early and late sessions should pack a few warmer items, and even a light rain jacket for May. In Türkiye the style of clothes is mostly similar to European style. However my female friends said they are more comfortable covering up with a sun dress to wear over their bikini when walking around town. If going into a mosque its required for (men) to wear long pants and respectable cloths and (women) to be fully covered in a head scarf, long sleeves, (a shawl is an easy option), and a long dress or pants covering the knees.
